Business Dissertation Women in Business A Systematic Literature Review - The rapid changes witnessed in the 21st century presents a myriad of opportunities and challenges to women in business. Notably, women entrepreneurship is a trendy phenomenon on the rise despite the challenges that businesswomen face. However, there is a deficit on information available on various aspects affecting women in business. Therefore, the extant study aimed at exploring women in business to comprehend the motivational factors influencing women to venture in business and their challenges. The researcher employed a systematic review to garner data from previous studies on women entrepreneurship. The findings of the eight reviewed showed that women in business face innumerable challenges. Nevertheless, the reviewed findings identified several motivational factors for women in business. Study review showed that the future of women entrepreneurship was riddled with opportunities.
